Wishing all Chinese friends a healthy and a prosperous  new year ahead.



I was invited by the Hotel & Tourism students to part take their creativity Chinese New Year lunch at the school last Wednesday.  This was what they had created.


I had a great time at the Hotel Marriott Putrajaya for our annual dinner.


Together with my colleagues, we attended the company annual Chinese New Year dinner. And there was this dish called Yeesang.  I couldn't take the  picture that time of the tossing..

 Scallops soup with crab meat..Very rich and so very delicious..



Stewed chicken with eight treasures served with Chinese buns

 Deep-fried Mandarin fish with spicy pineapple sauce..so delicious..with the sweet, sour and spicy..uhmm

All the dishes were fantastic..fabulous, I have no words to describe them..There were simply delicious..well done!!
